Undergraduate Leadership Institute

The Undergraduate Leadership Institute (ULI) is a nationally recognized leadership development program of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.. ULI provides leadership training for undergraduate members across the country during non-Conclave years, ensuring consistent leadership development beyond major national gatherings.

Brother Kurali Grantham successfully completed the Kappa Fellows Program at the Undergraduate Leadership Institute held in Charlotte, North Carolina. This prestigious, week-long program selects outstanding undergraduate Brothers from across the country to further develop their leadership skills within their chapters, on their campuses, and in their communities. During the week, Bro. Grantham participated in seminars, panel discussions, and networking events focused on topics such as brotherhood, leadership, team dynamics, social development, and mental health. In addition to professional development, he also attended worship services and engaged with law and public service professionals, as well as representatives from Fortune 500 companies.
