Leadership Panel alongside The Collegiate 100 and B.O.S.S.

The Eta Sigma Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., in partnership with The Collegiate 100 and B.O.S.S., hosted a Leadership Panel in New Cabell 389 focused on purpose, growth, and leadership at UVA. The event brought together student leaders and student-athletes who shared honest insights on navigating college, staying motivated, and leading with intention.

Panelists included Terrell Jones (Eta Sigma | B.O.S.S. | UVA Football), Joshua Jefferies (Eta Sigma), Ava Smith (Collegiate 100), Nadia Pitter (Collegiate 100), and Jason Hammond (B.O.S.S. | UVA Football). Each speaker offered personal perspectives on overcoming challenges, setting goals, and moving forward with purpose.

The panel created space for meaningful dialogue and questions, connecting students with leaders who are actively shaping the UVA community. Eta Sigma thanks all partnering organizations and attendees for their support and engagement, with more programs to come soon.
